As of June 8, 2020 Puerto Morelos is open again! And we want to extend the following cancellation/change waiver to all of our valued customers. We are offering reservations for arrivals as of June 8. FOR RESERVATIONS UP TO NOVEMBER 1, 2020 our cancellation/change date policy is waived should problems arise related to COVID-19. If you have issues, you will be able to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty, simply less a $50 USD processing fee. If you wish to change your dates, there is no fee. We are observing all the recommended cleaning and safety standards to keep our properties virus free. Please contact us for more information.
